Automotive Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
Process accounts payable invoices, post accounting entries for vehicle sales, service, parts, and internal transactions, and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. Prepare daily deposits, process vehicle loan payoffs, and compile bank contracts, vehicle titles, and registration documents. Research errors and make appropriate corrections while ensuring compliance with all government regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires previous accounting experience or a degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software, and strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience or accounting degree
- Must have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and staff
- Ability to learn dealership software program
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Google Software
