Automotive Account Payable Specialist

Process invoices, match checks, and distribute payments to vendors, drivers, and utilities while auditing credit card bills and maintaining file documentation. Review all invoices for appropriate approval, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure W-9 compliance and 1099 submissions. Perform monthly accrual entries, reconcile manufacturer and vendor statements, produce financial reports, and assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Maintain accurate general ledger entries and schedule maintenance. Requires 2-year accounting degree, automotive industry experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks.
