Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive sales consultations for new BMW vehicles while securing emotional handovers and organizing test drives. Manage the acquisition and maintenance of customer data, analyze sales territory performance, and plan targeted campaigns to attract new clients. Deliver exceptional service by building rapport with existing customers and driving growth through personalized vehicle experiences. Requires valid Class B driver's license and strong communication skills within a modern, flat-structured organization offering competitive compensation and employee events.
