Job Summary
Conduct active customer acquisition and manage long-term client relationships through needs-based consultation of new and used BMW vehicles. Organize test drives, perform vehicle deliveries, and execute sales negotiations with full autonomy. Collaborate closely with BMW Financial Services and the Aftersales team to ensure seamless service experiences. Requires a completed vocational training, technical understanding, and a Class B driver's license. Full-time role in Wildau offers 28 days vacation, performance bonuses, and comprehensive onboarding.
