Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions with politeness, verify service requests, and capture voice of customer feedback while updating systems. Diagnose scooter issues, perform repairs and final inspections, and maintain accurate diagnosis reports in the WMS. Track complaints in Zendesk, monitor scooter health via Telematics Command centre, and ensure 100% adherence to workshop management systems. Audit inventory, manage GRN, and handle warranty part reverse logistics while maintaining bay safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications

- 12th+diploma/ITI/graduation/post graduation
- 1 year in an automobile industry in service sector
