Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4), administering the Automation Engine, workflows, jobs, and scripting. Lead platform installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, and High Availability implementations while driving automation strategy and governance across business units. Manage integrations with SAP, databases, cloud platforms, and REST APIs, and align solutions with enterprise architecture and DevOps initiatives. Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis, mentoring team members and contributing to Automation Center of Excellence initiatives. Requires 8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Automic, Linux/UNIX, and scripting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AE, AWI, Agents, Workflows, Calendars, Events, Queues, and Automic scripting
- Experience with Linux/UNIX, Windows, SQL databases, Shell/PowerShell/Python scripting, and REST API integrations
- Hands-on experience with platform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and enterprise workload automation
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or Terraform
- 8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4)
- BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
Desired Qualifications
- Broadcom Automic Certified Professional/Expert or equivalent certification
- Experience with SAP, cloud automation, enterprise integrations, and hybrid environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
