Job Summary
Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and transform manual processes involving email, Excel, and document approvals into structured digital flows. Design forms, decision trees, approval hierarchies, SLAs, and regional sub-processes to build practical automation solutions. Leverage BPM, workflow platforms, and low-code tools to create scalable digital processes, with AI agents optionally supporting document review or decision-making within defined boundaries. Work closely with multiple business functions to drive development toward more cohesive, efficient, and digitalized operational methods.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 års erfarenhet inom BPM, workflow-utveckling eller business process automation
- Erfarenhet av en eller flera plattformar för workflow, BPM eller low-code
- Förmågan att snabbt sätta sig in i nya verktyg
- Förståelse för samspelet mellan verksamhet, system, data och processer
- Förmågan att omsätta behov till hållbara digitala lösningar
- Förmågan att utmana, förtydliga och driva krav framåt
