Job Summary
Design and deliver high-quality automation testing training programs by creating materials, designing syllabi, and facilitating hands-on sessions. Mentor learners to develop proficiency in frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber, while developing and executing training schedules that align with organizational goals. Assess program effectiveness to adjust delivery methods and ensure desired learning outcomes are met. Stay current with industry trends to incorporate new technologies into the curriculum. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain documentation and optimize training impact within a growth-focused startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training programs, including developing training materials, designing course outlines and syllabus, and facilitating training sessions
- Knowledge of various automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing
- Experience in automation testing with Selenium using Java or Python is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing
