Job Summary
Design specifications, statements of work, requirements, scripts, and test cases to translate customer IT needs and future goals into actionable plans. Lead the transformation of how the Intelligence Community uses technology by orchestrating cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow's solutions architects. This role requires 5+ years of experience testing or developing software applications, including designing and executing test scripts, plans, and procedures. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience testing or developing software applications
- Experience designing and executing test scripts, test plans, and procedures and documenting the expected and actual results
- Experience creating and updating automated test cases and scripts
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
- Experience with test methodologies, software release cycle, test effort estimation, and tracking
- Experience in Linux environments
- Experience generating and managing test data
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with programming in Java
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG
- Experience with Load or Performance testing, including tools such as JMeter
- Experience with testing Cloud-based architectures
- Experience with an Agile release methodology
- Experience in backend testing, API testing, UI testing, and DB queries
- Experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
