Automation Test Engineer (Automotive)

Job Summary
Develop and execute automated test cases for automotive low-voltage ECUs and embedded systems across Lab, bench, and real-vehicle environments. Design and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks using automotive tools, while performing validation of vehicle software to ensure high-quality delivery. Analyze test results, report defects, and support root cause analysis with development teams. Ensure test documentation compliance and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams for end-to-end product quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related fields, minimum one year of embedded software testing experience, and knowledge of CAN, LIN, UDS, and Vector tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in embedded software testing or automotive system validation
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, UDS, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet
- Experience with automotive ECUs such as BCM, TCU, MHU, Gateway, or similar systems
- Basic programming/scripting skills in Python or similar languages for automation
- Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CAPL, vTESTstudio)
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Codebeamer, Confluence
