Job Summary
Install, commission, and support automated manufacturing and test equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and robotic machinery while building, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical control panels. Assist in developing Python-based automation tools, configuring hardware interfaces, and maintaining Power BI dashboards by organizing manufacturing and test data. Diagnose equipment failures involving industrial networks, sensors, and motion systems, perform preventive maintenance and calibration, and participate in root cause investigations. Read technical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to support factory upgrades, FAT, and SAT processes. Train production personnel on automated equipment operation and adhere to all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related field
- Successful candidates for this position will be required to undergo background checks including criminal records check and education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-tech, electronics, or fluid systems manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
- Background in automated testing, motion control, and servo systems
