Job Summary
Conduct high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support across all operational phases. Assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems while collaborating within a team to solve problems and enhance processes. Convey technical information effectively to contribute to productive discussions aimed at improving operations and resolving issues. Requires proficiency in electricity, electronics, fluid power, and mechanical systems, along with 4+ years of automation or industrial maintenance experience. SAP Maintenance proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Education Training beyond high school either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training
- 4+ years of automation experience and/or industrial maintenance experience
- Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance
- Must possess the ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of management and operations personnel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)
- No written warning in the past six (6) months
- No suspension on record for the last 12 months
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

- Certifications in any technical field or techniques
