Automation Technician Team Leader 2 AM - 10 AM

Job Summary
Lead and develop the Test / Automation Technician Team (including Test Support Technicians, Diagnostic II and I Technicians) in a manufacturing/test environment. Drive conformance to base processes, maintenance, diagnostics, and equipment efficiency. Train and coach Automation Machine Operators and Technicians on new projects, equipment updates, and process changes. Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns, monitor WIP, and uphold GMP/compliance. Strong PC skills, problem-solving, and the ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience with manufacturing, test, or automation equipment in a production environment
- leadership or supervisory experience
- ability to train and coach technicians
- ability to operate Windows-based software and PCs
- awareness of GMP/compliance
- effective communication and presentation skills
