Job Summary
Conduct electrical and instrumentation maintenance, replacing components, programming monitoring systems, and troubleshooting issues. Identify root causes of quality and production deficiencies, manage outages, and perform preventative maintenance on robotic systems. Gather PLC data to track efficiency, follow work orders, and collaborate to resolve problems and enhance processes. Utilize electrical schematic wiring diagrams and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP regulations. Provide troubleshooting support for automated systems at all hours based on the plant schedule and assist in on-the-job training.
