Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of electrical maintenance, installation, testing, and improvements and modifications of production and support equipment while leading the electrical maintenance group to maximize production capabilities through minimizing downtime. This on-call, 24/7 position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and high-level competency in Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs. Preferred candidates have wood panel processing experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or similar field of study OR equivalent experience
- Ability to teach others both in person and via tele-conference
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of competency in the use/understanding of Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs and communication protocols
- knowledge of visualization (ex. Wonderware, PanelView, etc.)
- This is an on-call, 24/7 position
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred candidates have experience in wood panel processing
