Job Summary
The Automation Technician II will design and program new automation systems and support existing systems utilizing the latest technologies in the Oil & Gas market. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical and control instrumentation systems, upgrading and installing PLCs and HMI systems, implementing communication systems, configuring variable frequency drives, and installing telemetry and various sensors. Candidates should possess a degree in a related field and have over 4 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Degree in Industrial Technology, Electrical/Electronic Technology or similar field
- 4+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, testing and field start up experience
- Willing to submit to pre-employment, random and for-cause drug testing
- Safety-minded and follow safety regulations

- Ambition to use the latest trends in Automation designs and equipment for the Onshore Oil & Gas industry
- Ability to effectively and regularly converse and comprehend in English
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to Permian Basin Area
