Job Summary
Utilize engineering drawings to build, wire, and qualify sub-assemblies, main assemblies, and final machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical problems and proactively communicate with other departments for solutions. Set up final systems according to internal quality acceptance measures and customer specifications while ensuring the product meets all standards. Requires two years of manufacturing experience, a technical degree, and proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical schematics. Includes 25% travel time and a 40-hour weekly onsite schedule at Muller Technology CO, Inc. in CO.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, travel can be one to three weeks per trip.
- Working daily onsite at Muller Technology CO, Inc. with expectation of no less than 40 hours worked weekly.
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of manufacturing experience in a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical degree in automation preferred.
- Experience in A.C., D.C., and three-phase wiring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic schematics.
- Conceptual knowledge of pneumatics and servo-drive motors.
- Experience as a commercial electrician or machine/automation maintenance technician is preferred.
