Job Summary
Automation Technician I (On-Site) in Augusta, GA. Responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic instruments and equipment. Plan testing/calibration sequences, set up lab equipment, disassemble/inspect components, repair/adjust circuitry, reassemble/calibrate, develop formulas for complex calibration challenges, and support compliance with government regulations including certifications and system security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or at least five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- HVAC Certification (preferred)
- OSHA Training (preferred)
