Job Summary
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, DCS systems, and smart instruments while performing instrument calibration, loop checks, and system commissioning. Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), configure industrial networks including Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and DeviceNet, and assist with system integration, startup activities, and customer installations. Maintain project documentation, provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams, and travel as needed for project installations. Requires 2+ years of automation experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or DeltaV systems and ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with automation systems, instrumentation, controls, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Instrument calibration and loop-checking experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and/or DeltaV preferred
- Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences experience is a plus
