Job Summary
Conduct high-level machine and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical automation, robotic, and microprocessor-based systems. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and PLCs, while collaborating with engineering staff to specify and modify integrated systems. Perform daily diagnostic and programming of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, calibrate instrumentation, and maintain proper documentation. Respond to trouble calls and emergencies during and outside normal work hours, including the 2nd shift. Requires 4+ years of automation experience, an Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent, and proficiency in SAP Maintenance.

- Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training
- 4+ years of automation experience and/or industrial maintenance experience

- Proficiency or ability to become proficient in SAP Maintenance
