Job Summary
Operate lathe, milling machine, drill press, and grinder; reverse engineer small parts; weld using TIG and MIG methods; read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices including gauges, calipers, indicators, and micrometers; cut, square, mill, tape, and bore various metals and plastics. Maintain proficiency in document organization, technical materials, and research techniques, with proficiency in SAP Maintenance. Requires Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in related industrial maintenance or automation fields. All shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- industrial maintenance or automation experience preferred
- some experience in electrical and mechanical required
- Standard computer skills
- strong skills in document organization
- the use of technical materials
- research techniques
- proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
