Job Summary
Automation Technical Product Manager responsible for transforming protein development labs into a data-centric, highly automated environment. Lead end-to-end data flows from collection to consumption, integrate disparate data systems, and implement digital strategies including Digital Twin technology. Own end-user tools for lab automation and analysis software, modernize cloud infrastructure (AWS) for security and cost-efficiency, and drive roadmaps with cross-functional teams. Role emphasizes collaboration with vendors, technical staff, and project teams, with accountability for KPIs, outcomes, and alignment to the Credo and leadership imperatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Systems/Automation Engineering or related subject area is required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience enabling technical scientific solutions within pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Proficiency in AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, cost management and modernization
- Strong IT skills including architecture principles, data engineering, cloud computing, AI/ML and databases
- Experience with SDLC for GxP data systems
- Programming experience in Python, Java, or R for data integration
- Experience with vendor management and agile methodologies
- Ability to interpret complex requirements and communicate effectively
