Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems, PLC devices, and communication instruments across well sites, compressor stations, and tank batteries in the Marcellus region. Calibrate level, pressure, and temperature transmitters while performing testing on new and existing equipment for functionality and alarm notifications. Coordinate with operations, SCADA, and engineering teams to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules, including OSHA requirements, while operating company vehicles and performing tasks requiring physical demands such as climbing ladders and heavy lifting. Travel between field sites as needed, including extended hours on short notice, and coordinate contract workers to complete assigned tasks safely.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1-2 years of experience in oilfield operations, gas plants, or related experience with PLC programming and configurations
- Understanding of electronic flow meters and other production equipment
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Must be able to physically and legally operate company vehicles and equipment
- Must be able to perform work which requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, heavy lifting, and climbing, including steps and vertical ladders
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work extended hours on short notice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TotalFlow, PCCU, and Allen-Bradley automation equipment
