Job Summary
Monitoring & Initial Triage of RPA/Power Platform health (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate flows); log incidents with detailed context; basic first-line troubleshooting per runbooks; escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3; communicate incident status to end-users; perform basic SQL queries to retrieve data; contribute to updated runbooks and knowledge articles; assist in deployments/testing and capturing performance metrics within the Global Automation Operations Centre (AOC) to ensure reliable automation delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support/helpdesk/technical operations
- 1 year hands-on with RPA technologies (UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform)
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate flows
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to run predefined queries
- Proficiency with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Comfortable with monitoring dashboards and interpreting data
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory Certifications: PL-500, PL-900
