Job Summary
Perform remote technical troubleshooting, conduct technical service trips, and provide on-site resolution for mechanical, electrical, and programming issues in innovative systems. Execute planned maintenance procedures, supervise installations, and assist with system controls and programming. Contribute to R&D by testing innovative solutions in the lab and developing new automation capabilities. Travel up to 25% of the time and work any shift, including weekends and nights, as needed. Requires 3+ years of automation experience and proficiency in AMR, G2P, or P2G systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience
- Demonstrate a high degree of communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude and ability to analyze and interpret all mechanical, electrical and/or programming information in service manuals
- Ability to effectively use hand and power tools
- Willingness to work any shift (as needed) and overtime as required to meet customer deadlines
- Some weekend/night work required as needed
- Occasional ascending and descending scaffolding and/or mezzanines
- Occasional movement and positioning of objects weighing up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Robotics experience
- Proficient knowledge of AMR, G2P, P2G or other automation
