Job Summary
Perform remote technical troubleshooting, execute technical service trips, and provide on-site mechanical and electrical issue resolution for innovative systems. Conduct planned maintenance procedures, supervise installations, and assist in system controls and programming. Participate in R&D testing to develop innovative solutions while maintaining a professional image with customers and vendors. Travel up to 25% and work any shift or overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience
- Demonstrate a high degree of communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude and ability to analyze and interpret all mechanical, electrical and/or programming information in service manuals
- Ability to effectively use hand and power tools
- Proficient knowledge of AMR, G2P, P2G or other automation
- Travel up to 25% or as needed
- Willingness to work any shift (as needed) and overtime as required to meet customer deadlines
- Some weekend/night work required as needed
- Occasional ascending and descending scaffolding and/or mezzanines
- Occasional movement and positioning of objects weighing up to 75 pounds
