Job Summary
Automation Support Associate at AMGEN Capability Center Lisbon. Responsibilities include supporting and resolving day-to-day issues across a broad set of technologies (integration/ETL/Informatica, .NET, Java, Python, cloud computing, DevOps, and related tools), reviewing knowledge articles and QRGs, applying Agile principles, performing application monitoring, debugging, and optimization, conducting software preventative maintenance, patching and upgrades, responding to ad-hoc service requests, managing incident response, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to support healthcare applications. Required qualifications emphasize a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with experience, or an Associate’s with more extensive experience, or a high school diploma with significant relevant experience; preferred qualifications include experience in pharmaceutical/biotech contexts, strong collaboration, software development exposure, and proficiency with Agile/DevOps tools (Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub). The role offers a hybrid work model between Lisbon office and remote work, and is positioned within AMGEN’s Digital Technology and Innovation team.
Required Qualifications
