Job Summary
Manage and install automatic material handling systems, ASRS, robots, and cobots while leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline plant logistics. Coordinate AGV/AMR system deployment, oversee equipment planning and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, and ensure all processes comply with industry safety standards. Lead the automation team through mentorship, personnel selection, and cross-functional collaboration to implement world-class solutions that optimize materials and personnel usage. Develop reporting systems for product records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics /Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10 -15 years of proven experience in Engineering Projects, Plant automation, Maintenance preferably in the electronics component or automotive industry
- Experience in deploying and maintaining AGV/AMR systems
- Strong people management abilities, with a history of guiding and nurturing high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to successfully implement automation solutions
- Strong communication and cooperation skills, with a proactive approach to project management
