Job Summary
Design, build, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, CRM pipelines, and custom integrations using APIs and webhooks. Create and manage triggers, campaigns, forms, surveys, calendars, and reporting dashboards while implementing lead nurturing and appointment booking automations. Troubleshoot platform-related issues, ensure data accuracy, and document all technical implementations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) OR in a capacity of Full Stack Developer
- Proven experience implementing complex automations, workflows, and integrations
- Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Excellent development and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly, or similar automation platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend concepts
- Experience with custom API integrations
- Knowledge of SaaS products and CRM implementation
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and automation tools
- Experience working in digital marketing, sales, or customer success environments
