Job Summary
Automation Specialist in Marsh’s European Business Support Center (EBSC) in Warsaw focuses on developing and implementing end-to-end process improvements using VBA and Python and other automation tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies. You will drive solution testing, support UAT, ensure thorough testing before deployment, and work closely with stakeholders to align automation with business objectives. The role emphasizes hybrid work with at least three days per week in the Warsaw office, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a multilingual, inclusive environment.
