Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operation of automated fulfillment lines as the on-floor point of contact for production associates and technicians. Monitor automated systems and equipment performance in real time, identifying and addressing issues as they arise while partnering with maintenance staff to troubleshoot problems. Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to teams, run time trials to gather performance data, and report findings and KPIs to leadership. Escalate significant equipment, performance, or safety concerns immediately. Reinforce adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols to support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Work primarily on the floor alongside automated equipment and coordinate regularly with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automated production workflows and line operations
  • Knowledge of basic performance measurement and data reporting
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Training, coaching, and team leadership skills
  • Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around production equipment for extended periods
  • Must be able to work safely near moving machinery and follow all required PPE protocols
  • Must be able to work on a computer to document line performance and training activities
  • Must be able to attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant technical training, certification, or coursework in automation, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt)
  • Additional automation or engineering certifications
  • 1-3 years of experience operating, leading, or supporting automated production or fulfillment lines
  • Experience training or leading production associates or technicians
  • Experience with automated production systems, robotics, or material handling systems
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of robotics and automated production systems
  • Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments
