Job Summary
Develop and improve the implementation of the automation standard. Deliver automation engineering work aligned with the Sustainable Operations strategy and collaborate with process engineers, site technical organizations, and external partners. Participate in all phases of projects from design to commissioning and startup. Focus on engineering automation design and execution to improve efficiency for Oatly-installed assets, including automation design for factories (process automation, utility systems, and building management systems). Support process design work in CAPEX and innovation projects, handle supplier deliveries through design/FAT/SAT, and drive solutions that are globally applicable and reusable as our automation standard. Build relationships with regional and site automation organizations to create a learning community for technical development. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, PLC/SCADA automation programming experience, and fluency in Swedish and English; at least three years in a similar role and strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills. The role emphasizes sustainability, problem-solving, self-starting initiative, and comfort with ambiguity, with a last apply date noted and applying through the official system.
