Job Summary
Lead the Automation Engineering team by defining technical architecture, setting automation standards, and reviewing engineering designs for IIoT, MES, PLC, HMI, and SCADA projects. Drive operational excellence through project management, solution architecture, and mentoring developers while supporting troubleshooting for complex production issues. Requires a Bachelor's in Automation or Mechatronics, 8+ years of experience in industrial automation and rail, and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Automation or Mechatronics major
- 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, rail, or digital manufacturing
- Proven experience leading automation, rail projects and engineering teams
- Strong experience in manufacturing, rail environments
- Good at English skills (both verbal & non-verbal)
