Job Summary
Analyze and understand automation requirements for finance and accounting processes, then develop and deliver Power Automate, VBA, and RPA solutions. Guide projects through the complete automation lifecycle from conception to deployment, creating PDD/SDD documentation while conducting awareness sessions and training. Work closely with Finance & Accounting teams, SMEs, and delivery managers to improve process efficiency, provide weekly progress updates, and manage diverse stakeholder relationships. This hybrid role supports operational excellence and key business initiatives within a global environment focused on running industries leaner and cleaner.
Required Qualifications
- Finance experience (R2R and O2C or P2P)
- Advanced skills in Power Automate VBA programming and Excel automation skills
- Have a good understanding of RPA project and developed PDD & SDD for automation solutions
- Effective communicator with the ability to present requirements in a straightforward way
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, such as SMEs, team leads, and delivery managers
- Effective questioning and probing skills to uncover root needs and requirements
- Knowledge of the automation project lifecycle and delivery phases
- Ability to translate complex automation requirements into technical solutions
