Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end sales for automation solutions on the Swedish market, managing the full cycle from lead generation to final closing. Analyze customer requirements to develop tailored solutions and collaborate closely with project leadership, design teams, and external partners. Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with clients primarily in industrial, logistics, and transport sectors to drive market share growth. Report directly to the Country Manager Sales and operate within a Swedish team with international consortium connections. Based in Örebro, Stockholm, Göteborg, or Malmö.

Required Qualifications

Relevant technical education at university level
Documented sales experience with complex solutions in a project format
Experience within automation
Ability to make business decisions
Analytical ability
Comfort leading and conducting sales meetings
