Job Summary
Support development or evaluation of robotics, AI, and vision-based solutions by participating in algorithm and logic validation for perception, motion planning, and task execution. Conduct scenario identification and feasibility analysis for automation opportunities, then assist in data collection, analysis, and model validation for robotics applications. Support robot deployment, testing, debugging, and integration on the shopfloor while participating in pilot projects and real implementation, including issue troubleshooting. Track project progress and support end-to-end implementation. This internship is for a Bachelor/Master student in Robotics, Automation, AI, Mechatronics, or EE located in Wuxi, China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master student in Robotics / Automation / AI / Mechatronics / EE
- Programming skills: Python / C++ / ROS / OpenCV
- Basic knowledge of robotics (kinematics, control, sensors)
- Hands-on experience in robotics / automation projects
- Familiar with debugging / testing / integration process

- Strong interest in both robotics technology AND real-world engineering applications
- Good problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environment
- Familiar with AI / vision / simulation
- Experience with PLC / industrial system
