Job Summary
Program, maintain, and install new and existing equipment and robots while coordinating schedules and ensuring quality standards. Collaborate with Maintenance, Facility, and Engineering departments to design production equipment, evaluate existing systems for improvements, and lead equipment troubleshooting. Provide cost estimates, oversee turnkey projects, and identify lean manufacturing opportunities such as 3P planning. Travel to other facilities for training and continuous improvement as needed. This onsite role supports the Co-Op Program and requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of leadership experience. Salary ranges from $64,400 to $103,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Safety standards NFPA 70E- Lockout Tagout
- Experience and knowledge to effectively manage and direct all engineering related activities
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robotics, and mechanical background
- Proven experience with project development and management through successful completion
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of CAD, mechanical drawings, blueprint reading, and advanced arithmetic
- Adept with Microsoft Office software
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess the experience and knowledge to effectively manage and direct all engineering related activities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
