Job Summary
Automation Quality Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, and ETL validations; execute tests, document results, and track defects; collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve test coverage; update and maintain Selenium WebDriver test scripts in IntelliJ; perform data validation and reconciliation for ETL pipelines; validate AWS batch jobs (EMR, Step Functions, Lambda) and verify S3 outputs and Redshift loads; requires 2–4 years of testing experience with 1–2 years in automation, Java proficiency, and experience with Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Karate, Cucumber, JIRA, Zephyr; bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred; remote/hybrid options noted for US locations; salary range $72,200–$101,975; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of overall testing experience with 1 to 2 years of automation testing experience
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with Selenium, Karate, JUnit, TestNG
- Knowledge of Git
- Experience with SQL
- AWS services for testing batch jobs (S3, EMR, Step Functions, Lambda)
- Experience in UI and API functional testing
- JIRA and Zephyr management tools
