Job Summary
Design and develop automation and performance solutions to build reliable, reusable regression suites and test harnesses. Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios for Web, Services/APIs, and Database requirements. Design test plans and cases based on specifications, execute tests, and analyze results to report to teams. Act as a test lead by planning work, assigning tasks, and reviewing scripts and defect descriptions to ensure best practices and schedule adherence. Participate in requirements, architecture, and technical reviews within an Agile environment to deliver business functionality with required quality. Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites and test harnesses creation
- Tool and framework development with quality code
- Test plan and test case design based on functional and design specifications
- Test case execution
- Test result analysis and reporting
- Web, Services/APIs, and Database testing
- Test lead capabilities including planning work for other testing staff and assigning tasks
- Strong testing skills for guidance and project staff assistance
- Script, expected result, test result, and defect description review and approval
- Adherence to best practices and schedule management for testing activities
- Agile environment participation in internal/cross-team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews
- Requirements review participation
- Architecture/design review participation with emphasis on test automation/performance strategy
- Functional, system, and regression testing participation
- Quality assurance data and metrics capture
