Job Summary
Design and scale sophisticated test suites using Serenity BDD to validate complex FX workflows, including Spot, Forwards, and Swaps. Execute rigorous low-latency performance validation for High-Frequency Trading components, focusing on microsecond-level latency and system throughput. Leverage Generative AI tools to optimize test case generation, automate synthetic market data creation, and perform predictive defect analysis. Conduct API vulnerability assessments and chaos testing to ensure trading infrastructure resilience while ensuring all activities adhere to banking regulations. Own the integration of automated suites into CI/CD pipelines and partner with global traders and quants to resolve complex production issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation
- Expert-level proficiency in Java
- Expert-level proficiency in the Serenity BDD framework
- Strong experience with Selenium
- Strong experience with Cucumber
- Strong experience with REST-assured
- Deep understanding of FX products
- Deep understanding of market microstructure
- Proven experience testing High-Frequency / Low-Latency trading systems
- Proven experience with the FIX Protocol
- Experience in Product Security Testing
- Experience in vulnerability identification
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance the SDLC
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data privacy standards
- Familiarity with data privacy laws
- Familiarity with financial compliance requirements related to cross-border data transfer
- Familiarity with automated decision-making
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Engineering
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
