Job Summary
Lead automation projects from quote hand-off to close, managing scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality while acting as the primary customer contact for design, build, and issue resolution. Develop RFQs and quotes aligned with Statements of Work, establish milestone timelines, and drive multi-disciplinary teams through weekly status updates and daily issue tracking. Monitor budgets closely, alerting management at 80% utilization, and share lessons learned in monthly reviews. Communicate FAT and shipping schedules directly with customers to ensure satisfaction. Apply disciplined project management standards to drive innovation and improve efficiencies across North American assembly plants and integrators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or engineering services industry
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Good communicator
