Job Summary
Automation Product Manager needed to guide the automation roadmap for Oxford Nanopore Technologies, collaborating across development, marketing and commercial teams. Responsibilities include translating high-level business, market and user requirements into detailed product requirements, owning the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, prioritizing features and managing the backlog, analyzing usage data and market trends to define KPIs, and coordinating with R&D, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product launches and proper documentation. Must have a background in NGS or automation with a life science, biology or chemistry degree (or proven experience), and experience in product owner/manager/marketing roles with the ability to run cross-functional requirement workshops and communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams.
