Job Summary
Leads two core pillars within Mondelēz International's Automation CoE: maintaining business-critical automation solutions on platforms such as Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Pega, and Microsoft Power Platform; and developing low-code and pro-code solutions for high-impact use cases. Oversees planning and execution of software and applications, manages an internal team and partners with external suppliers, drives Agile, sprint-based delivery (8–12 weeks), translates complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and mentors a team of developers and solution architects. Communicates with functional leads to prioritize a high-impact project pipeline, ensures reliability, high availability, and long-term effectiveness of deployed automation, and explores AI/ML and OCR capabilities to mature solutions. Requires strong hands-on development background, leadership experience (5+ years managing developers), and deep knowledge across web/mobile/full-stack technologies, integration via web services/REST APIs, and cloud/infrastructure concepts. B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA preferred; ~15+ years total experience with 5+ years in automation/solution delivery and leading teams; no relocation support. The role emphasizes strategic technology direction for Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Enterprise processes and demands an Agile mindset with structured sprint execution.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent; Tier 1 MBA preferred
- 15+ years total experience
- 5+ years in automation/solution delivery; 5+ years in pro-code development; has led and managed a team of developers for 5 or more years (hard requirement)
- Experience with Automation Anywhere; Automation Anywhere Master Certificate preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development and configuration
- Experience with Pega platform for BPM / CRM / low-code application development
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Pro Code / Full Stack development skills: Python, SQL, VB Scripting, REST APIs, Web Services, and JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of AI/ML models, OCR extraction implementation, and Process Mining tools
- Experience in product conceptualization, design, development, and support
- At least 4 years hands-on experience with automation platforms
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA preferred
