Job Summary
Automation Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing automated sealing operations within coatings and bonding manufacturing processes; serves as the technical expert for Fanuc automation sealing equipment; troubleshoot equipment, process, and automation issues to minimize downtime and improve performance; lead process optimization to improve quality, cycle time, uptime, and repeatability; develop and implement standard work, process parameters, and operating procedures; support equipment commissioning, startup, validation, and process qualification activities; analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement; provide technical support for root cause analysis and corrective actions; train operators and technicians on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting; assist with new equipment launch, tooling changes, and process transfers as needed.
