Job Summary
Lead the transition to a SMART Factory by designing and implementing advanced automation and robotics projects. Develop complex software logic and technical diagrams while collaborating with teams to improve plant reliability through automated technologies. Manage project scheduling and oversee the implementation of automation solutions that enhance efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related fields, 6–8 years of process automation experience, and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and SAP. Includes 13th month benefit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Process Automation projects within the process industry
- Hands-on experience in project scheduling
- Familiarity with MS Project
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with ERP / SAP
- Strong technical knowledge of Industry 4.0, instrumentation, control systems, and electrical systems (HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, VFDs/UPS)
- Ability to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve plant reliability and efficiency
