Job Summary
The Automation Maintenance Technician will repair and calibrate Symbotic's automated systems including Automated Adapters, Vertical Lifts, and robotic vehicles. Responsibilities include performing system inspections, troubleshooting anomalies using wiring diagrams, and managing system upkeep. Candidates should possess an Associate degree in a relevant field and 1 year of experience with mechanical automation systems. Strong electro-mechanical skills and the ability to operate automated systems are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience/certification in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing or equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of experience with mechanical automation systems or educational/training equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong electro-mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently following procedures and manuals.
- High sense of urgency.
- Proficient in performing all inspection functions.
