Job Summary
Diagnose and repair highly automated production equipment (electrical, mechanical, PLC/HMI, robotics, vision, motion control) to minimize downtime and restore stable operations; perform root cause analysis of automation, process, and material issues; support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new/upgraded equipment while maintaining technical documentation and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance equipment reliability. This on-site role at the Reagent Operations facility in Chaska, MN, requires an Associate degree and 6+ years of experience with hands-on expertise across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotics, vision systems, and PLC/HMI platforms (Rockwell); strong problem-solving and communication skills with flexibility to support off-shift or on-call operations. Preferred additional experience in Lean Six Sigma, regulated manufacturing environments, and advanced automation certifications (e.g., ISA CCST, CAP). Required Qualifications
