Job Summary
Troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support for production lines, conveyance systems, and electromechanical components within an automated warehouse. Overhaul and install new equipment, rebuild and fabricate parts, and perform facility maintenance while ensuring a clean and safe work area. Generate parts requests to maintain adequate inventory, complete assigned work orders, and execute equipment change-overs and production line set-ups. Monitor, assess, and repair the automated warehousing system as needed to prevent downtime. Perform all tasks in-house after initial OEM training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in an automation environment or production facility
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics
- Required to supply hand tools
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- EET/MET or Mechatronics degree
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge
- Mill and Lathe experience
- TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities
- SAP experience
- Previous Front-Line Leadership
