Job Summary
Facilities Specialist on 2nd shift responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance and optimization of company facilities, including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC support, and grounds maintenance. Supports facility planning, review of design costs, materials, and labor, assists with internal office moves and workspace setups, and develops facility plans with performance specifications. Identifies operational improvements, promotes environmentally sustainable practices, and resolves moderately complex issues. Provides guidance to junior staff and may mentor or lead on assignments, working independently within established guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience
