AUTOMATION LEAD L1

Lead automation roadmaps and strategies for various business units, ensure understanding of requirements to automate multiple accounts, shortlist accounts by size and maturity, drive automation maturity to the next level, demonstrate ROI by showcasing capabilities, ensure project scope is met, implement required software/infrastructure for automation, develop and review Account Automation Plans with account partners and delivery teams, monitor progress and resolve escalations related to operations and production, address automation challenges in development, manage access controls for sensitive project information, review project status against plan and roll out successfully, stay ahead on automation trends and identify capability gaps, maintain customer relationships and gather references for business continuity. Mandatory skills include AI/ML Ops and Infrastructure. Experience required: 5-8 years.
